SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Due to several requests, the paper submission deadline is extended until November 11th 2013.

Submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication. Guidelines for preparing and submitting the manuscript will be made available on the workshop website. All papers will be managed electronically through EDAS. The submission website is open: Click Here to submit now.

Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous and double-blind review process handled by the Technical Program Committee. Authors' names must not appear in the paper.i Camera-ready versions of accepted papers will be limited to 6 pages in IEEE 8.5x11 conference format, and formatted in accordance with the IEEE Computer Society author guidelines.

All accepted papers need to have a full registration to the PerCom 2014 Conference (there is no workshop registration only). Moreover, no-shows of accepted papers at the workshop will result in those papers NOT being included in the IEEE Digital Library. The instructions regarding the upload of final manuscripts are provided in PERCOM's web page. The deadline for the upload of the final manuscript is January 24th, 2014. The page limit for SESOC is 6; additional pages may be purchased at a cost of US$150 per page, to be paid with your conference registration.
